I understand, however it is probably a good idea to check the world map next time, just to be sure. But like I said, maybe some staff will reply to you too. I think that your chances are pretty shallow though, considering the rules are pretty clear about claim protection.

I think the points aren't working for anyone a.t.m, at least it hasn't been working for me for about 3 weeks now. The voting ranking is also not working. However staff is aware of the problem so I hope it will be fixed soon/looked into soon.

I think the player has to be absent for about 6+ months before you can put in a request for their claim(atleast it used to be like this). Blackshark doesn't have access to a computer for a while(if I recall correctly) so that is why he is not active. Also keep in mind you are not allowed to build within 100 blocks of his claim, if you already did that I would recommend you to remove your builds and contact staff about it. I am not staff so a staff member will probably give you a proper answer.
